Quebec French Translations Project Specialist

Able Translations Ltd. is a well established mid size company and one of Canada’s leading providers of quality translation and interpretation services to  private and public sector clients.  We are currently searching for an individual who will take charge of assigned translation projects from start to finish.

Your Challenge:

  1. Receive translation files and prepare  quotes
  2. Create and manage glossaries, style guides, translation memories and terminology databases
  3. Assign the appropriate language professionals to projects
  4. Ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed on budget
  5. Liaise with clients and language professionals as necessary
  6. Performing pre-delivery reviews and ensure projects are delivered to clients’ specifications
  7. Evaluate language professionals’ performance
  8. Review and process  project-related invoices for suppliers and clients

Here’s what you offer:

You are a new or recent graduate with some administrative experience

Excellent computer skills

Good English communication skills, verbal and written

Fluency in a second language is preferable
