In her various Employee Management roles, Carolyn has developed, implemented and administered creative infrastructures to support rapidly growing and/or changing organizations. Recently she was instrumental in managing employees through the acquisition of a leading Canadian retailer, resulting in significant organization redesign and downsizing.
