Senior Service Manager

Our corporate culture values team work, outstanding customer service, professional competence and continuous learning.  Due to our continued success and growth we are seeking a highly accomplished Service Manager to join our team.

Your challenge will be to:

· Develop and implement service policies and procedures to support the achievement of our company’s business directions

· Lead, in consultation with service technicians, annual service revenue forecasts and budgets and conduct regular analysis of performance against established targets.

· Takes a lead role in carrying out service contract sales.

· Provide excellent leadership, management and motivation to a regional team of technicians through appropriate training, coaching and regular Performance feedback

· Successfully develop, manage and optimize client and supplier relationships

· Attend at complex client installations

· Prepare project quotes and present service contract proposals

· Review sales orders prior to order placement, matching equipment and performance requirements with customer’ specifications and expectations

· Schedule technicians to ensure optimal billing hours while minimizing travel time and non-billable hours

· Develop and administer an ongoing Customer Service Satisfaction program

Key Elements to your Success

• A post secondary diploma or degree in a technical field
• Hands-on technical experience in HVAC and Commercial /Industrial refrigeration service and installation.
• Several years of Service Management experience, preferably in Commercial / Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC or industry related within the OEM and Aftermarket Sectors
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• The ability to present a positive and professional image to internal and external parties alike
• A high energy and self motivated individual
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Proficiency with MS Office including Excel is a must
